About Prelude:
Prelude raids Monday trough Thursday 7pm to 11pm server time.
Prelude is a Horde raiding guild that is looking to gain a few select members to fill our roster in Ulduar. Pre-Ulduar we were clearing all raid content and often in one night. We take raiding seriously and expect our members to know their class mechanics well. Prelude uses a fair loot system called EPGP.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must
- Be GOOD at your jobs and be willing to take criticism and advice.
- Be willing to attend at least 75% of raids. The vast majority of our members are at 80%+.
- Have all your gear enchanted and gemed correctly and have a good raiding spec.
- Keep your gear enchanted and socketed during the first 30 days of your Eval period. Once you reach member status you are entitled to receive free enchants.
- Be willing to participate in both 25 and 10 man instances and achievement runs.
- Be interested and eager to attempt the hardest achievements in the game.
- We do ask you have a good understanding of the fights before applying.

Sartharion 3D 1/19/09

With only one shaman in the guild at the time, it made it hard to get the right comp for 3D. But we finally pulled off a great kill. Grats to Momoiya on his drake!

Two Drakes One Sartharion get owned by Prelude.

Even with one day off this week due to New Years Eve, we killed Malygos and Two Drake Sartharion in one raiding week. We decided to skip doing one and go straight for two. Great job guys and grats to everyone who got loot.

Malygos Dead 1/1/09

After clearing Naxxramas and having a nice day off for new years eve we came back fully prepared for a new boss kill.  Soon people made it through the shitty Medivh queue, we filled the raid up and mastered the fight, completing it with plenty of time to spare on the enrage timer. First night kill are always good for guild motivation, now it’s time to take down some Sartharion with drakes. All dragons look the same, right?

Naxxramas Cleared 12-29-08

This has been long over due with server lag and the holidays cutting our raids short, it was a ending to a instance that was well deserved. To make up for lost time, the next day we went in to Naxxramas and cleared the whole thing in our four hours, even though the medivh queue keeped us short memebers pretty much all night. Great work this week, we really showed our true potential.

So our first heroic raid day went great. Not only did we own 7 new bosses, we one shot every Naxxramas boss. That’s right, one shot every Naxxramas boss in the face. Need I say more then OWNED?
